REGISTRATION FEE: $75.00.
Vendor Registration is non-refundable unless the entire event is cancelled due to issues beyond our control. If you choose not to come, the deposit is considered a donation. Non-Profit Organizations/Rescue Groups are free, but we ask you to donate a Basket for our Basket Raffle with an approximate value of $25-$50.00. (Please make arrangements for drop off prior to event by emailing [email protected].)
SET UP: All Vendors are responsible for their own set up of tables, chairs, & canopy, which must be properly secured to avoid damage or injury. (Code enforcement is usually on site) Limited electricity is available with pre-approval. Set up begins at 8:00 am with vehicles moved to vendor parking before 9:30am.
VENDOR LOT SIZE: Each space is approximately 14’ x 14’.
Insurance Coverage is required by all Vendor Participants. If you do not have liability coverage, contact us at [email protected]. Please have your insurance company forward two (2) Certificates of Insurance to the Lions addressed below. Each Certificate is to identify each of the following as “Additional Insured”. One naming the Town of Clarence, 1 Town Place, Clarence, NY 14031 and the other naming Clarence Lions, PO Box 122, Clarence, NY 14031.
